Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Officer to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving real estate sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Drive real estate sales and achieve sales targets. Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. Prepare sales reports and presentations. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of corporate leads, nurturing long-term partnerships rather than just one-off transactions. Stay ahead of urban development trends, zoning laws, and competitor pricing to provide clients with expert-level advisory. Work closely with the Legal and Finance teams to ensure all corporate contracts are airtight and compliant.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate Management. Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably in the real estate sector. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of the local property market and urban development trends. Ability to build and maintain long-term corporate relationships. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
