Key Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Manage employee relations, handling grievances and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure payroll processing accuracy.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
Support workforce planning and staff development programs.
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Liaise with management on HR strategies and workforce planning.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles (construction industry experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
